07 Dec New Board elected: Meyer (P), Holten (VP); Deathridge, Schade new Members

On 2 December 2011, the members of the European Academy of Music Theatre (EMA) have elected the new Board of Directors: Dominique Meyer, Director of the Vienna State Opera, and Kasper Holten, Director of Opera at the Royal Opera House London, are appointed President and Vice President, respectively.

Furthermore, the Academy is pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. John Deathridge (King’s College London) and Kammersänger Michael Schade as new Members of the Board and thus emphasise EMA’s function as a high-profile platform for interdisciplinary exchange.
